Pam Lunz Medina (Chandradevi) began her study of yoga 23 years ago to fulfill a college requirement. She received her certification in 2006 at Satchidanada Ashram, where she assisted in teacher training. She spent 2 years living without running water or electricity in the Ozark Mountains, which kindled a profound connection to the Earth Mother and meditative consciousness.
Her solo journey through India gave her opportunities to teach, serve, and learn. She is an activist, writer, musician, wife, shamanic drummer, dancer, and soul adventurer, and always a goddess! Pam is the proud founder of The Yoga Lily, winner of the Reader’s Choice Award in Community News, and is anxious to share yoga with you.
She began leading a 10 month, 200 hour yoga teacher training program in 2014 from her studio in Clifton Park, NY. In addition, she host retreats throughout the United States, both solo and with her husband, Reinaldo.
